2. Free Estimates & Inspections

Estimates provided by Commando Restoration are based on a visual inspection at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if additional damage, pre-existing conditions, or code requirements are discovered once work is underway. We will notify you of any changes to scope or cost before proceeding with additional work whenever reasonably possible, except in emergency situations where immediate action is required to prevent further damage.

3. Emergency Response

Our 24/7 emergency line is intended for water, fire, mold, and related property emergencies. Response times may vary based on the nature of the emergency, technician availability, and location. Emergency mitigation work (such as water extraction or board-up) may begin before a full written estimate is completed, given the time-sensitive nature of preventing further damage.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be set out in your project estimate or contract. Depending on the scope of work, we may require a deposit before work begins, progress payments during the project, and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of contracting.

5. Insurance Claims & Direct Billing

Where requested, Commando Restoration will assist customers with documenting damage and communicating with their insurance company, and may offer direct billing to the insurance carrier. This assistance does not guarantee that any claim will be approved or that any specific amount will be covered — coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company. You remain responsible for any portion of the cost not covered by insurance, including deductibles.

6. Work Guarantee

Commando Restoration stands behind the quality of its work. If an issue arises with completed work that is the result of our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no additional charge, consistent with the guarantee described at the time of your project. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by unrelated events, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or work performed by other contractors after our project is complete.

7. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the property to perform the Services, and to disclose known hazards (structural, electrical, or otherwise) prior to the start of work. Removal or protection of valuables, sensitive documents, and personal items in the work area is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations & Scheduling

Non-emergency appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by contacting us as far in advance as possible. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling priority.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commando Restoration's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or loss of income, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
