A beer which has spent many months in Bakery Hill whisky barrels to produce a unique and rich flavour profile. Following on from the success of 2020 and 2022 editions, we have once again reclaimed a number of these barrels freshly emptied of beer,
before a final maturation in American Oak ex-Bourbon cask for a period of just on 3 years
David Baker’s custom formulation of blending a unique selection of Bakery Hill Single Malt whiskies with pure Australian grain spirit and allowing to gently mature for up to 10 years in American Oak Ex-Bourbon casks

It is then transferred to a virgin French Oak ex-wine cask — carefully shaved back to bare wood and lightly toasted — to draw out the natural character of the oak itself
