Slicer 300mm kiridashiThis slicer (slicing knife) feature a flat heel, long blade, low bevel, strong spine and good distal taper. Shop made san ma with C130 (water quenched) steel core and wrought iron cladding (trash knife). Forged to shape and to geometry the bevels are ground on water cooled grinding stone with a Kasumi finish. The handle is made with Tiger brown English Oak.
