The Bahamas Bead CumbriaThe fabulous island country of the Bahamas is truly a tropical paradise! This bead has been inspired by chains of little islands bathing under golden sunsets and pink sand beaches. The bead has been made with a bright orange core which is encased with clear glass before being decorated with a stringer of periwinkle and little pink 'islands'.

We have achieved this by making a bead half in transparent aqua blue glass

The bead is then carefully decorated in frit (tiny shards of coloured glass) of greens
