Chairmans Reserve 1931 Rum (750mL) anejoChairman's Reserve 1931 celebrates the inauguration of a new distillery in February 1931 on the east coast of Saint Lucia, near Dennery. this distillery was founded by Denis Barnard and produced rum until 1972, when St. Lucia Distillers was formed out of the merger of the last two remaining distilleries on the island: Dennery Distillery and Roseau distillery.

The intent of this project is to create an ever-changing whiskey blended from barrels of mature whisk(e)y

(in some cases for 3-4 generations) that are farmed with great care and attention

this wine features flavors of lemon and kiwi and scents of green apple

and chicory coffee

honey and oily leather

fruity pear and dried apricot
