Made in house with Gluten Free oats, almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, brown sugar and cinnamon. Bring some home or on your next hike on the SHT. Each bag is about 5 cups, or 540grams.
