Else Hecht Prince Hand Puppet ~ 1960s Rare! Old_Steiff_ChimpElse Hecht was born in 1888 in Munich. She was a craftswoman, puppeteer and came from a family of artists. Her puppets and dolls are rare and highly sought after. Here's one of her wonderful creations depicting a Prince with the nicest expression. This puppet has a pressed felt face with button eyes and delicate painted features. His body is made of felt and his garment is adorned with some lovely details. He wears a metal crown and even a ring!
