Distilleria Gualco Grappa Cortese Di Gavi 70cl Emporia BrandsFrom Distilleria Gualco comes their Cortese Di Gavi Grappa which uses Cortese Grapes from the Gavi Hills (hence the name). The Pomace is distilled inside a Water bath before being allowed a 6 month maturation inside Stainless Steel tanks before bottling resulting in a Grappa with plenty of Dry Sweet notes and a Floral body throughout.
