Glendalough Rose Gin NebbioloTo honor the memory of his mother, the head distiller at Glendalough created a rose petal gin. The gin is made with carefully tended flowers from Rose's garden, as well as wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery. The gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavors and give it its lovely pink hue.
