Heitz Cellar Marthas's Vineyard Vintage 2018 Wine TastingAbout the wine In the mid 1960s, an agreement was made between Joe Heitz and Tom May to source cabernet sauvignon fruit from Mays small Oakville vineyard for Heitz wines. Ever since 1966, Heitz Cellar has been crafting the now illustrious Marthas Vineyard cabernet sauvignon, one of the three vineyard designated cabernet sauvignons. Martha's Vineyard also hit the spot light when Steven Spurrier included it in his famous 1976 Judgement of Paris tasting.
