It uses a familiar grape, Xarel lo, but takes it well away from the style of Spain's most famous sparkling wine by adding plenty of aromatic Muscat and doing it all a la pet nat. This is an altogether more laid back style; bubbles that fizz but don't impede your consumption in the slightest, light body, peachy texture and that lovely orange blossom perfume.
