Pair of Large Silver Salt Cellars by Robert Harper, London, 1865. In Original Case. SOLDA pair of large sterling silver salt cellars with paw feet by Robert Harper, London, 1865. The salt cellars are housed in their original case. The spoons are by Adie Bros and hallmarked for Birmingham, 1929; they are substantial in themselves weighing 8 grams each. The salt cellars remain in an excellent condition with blue glass liners. The spoons also remain in an excellent condition. The case shows some light wear to the extremities commensurate

There is some wear to the leather at the top and bottom edge of the fold but otherwise remains in a very good condition

however the glass remains in an excellent condition and the lid sits well with the hinge operating with ease

The vase boasts ornate embossed foliate and scroll decoration and sits on a flared foot base

The crucifix comes in a gift box in the form of a bible with gilt pages which reads 'Aleks Jewellers

There are full and clear hallmarks on this piece with 'WE' for William Ehrhardt
