Thanks to its aesthetic and chemical physical characteristics, the platinumruthenium alloy obtained with the PTLUX RTU, it can be used as a cheaper alternative to Rhodium plating or as a pre coat for rhodium plating to reduce the required layer thickness of rhodium.
