It has an aromatic nose, and a clean palate, with mineral notes. One of the Loire's rising stars, Jrmie Huchet is a fourth generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jrmie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares),

The fruit for this wine was sourced from Fiona's own Home Block vineyard and two select vineyards in the Lower Wairau subregions
The soft pressing and the free-run are then placed together in second and third fill 600L French oak barrels to finish malolactic fermentation and the wine is then aged for 9 months
A Traditional vilification in small tanks corresponding to every different parcel of the vineyard
It's then fermented in wooden vats and distilled twice in copper stills in the state of Oaxaca
