with hints of Juniper and Coriander Spice on the undertone before moving on to a Burst of Citrus on the finish
It is made in Canada and then aged further at the Whistle Pig farm in Vermont
but we believe this is all based on personal preference
David Perkins went on a mission to Islay to created a Whiskey which combined both Peated Scotch Whisky and Sweet Bourbon
and like with our Navy Gin we add just a tiny pinch of sea salt after distillation to give it that slight hint of coastal air
as they feel the Kaffir Lime Leaf delivers the subtle Citrus notes
This is made with ingredients sourced from their own distillery and infused with other local ingredients
