Chardonnay 2020 (750ml) Washington Yakima Valley Pinot GrisSalem Wine Co. is a secondary project from Evening Land sourcing from three vineyard sites across Eola Amity including Seven Springs Vineyard. The wines are meant to be enjoyed young and sold affordably. The Chardonnay for this bottling is sourced mostly from the western facing block 9 at Seven Springs. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to give it the most mouthfeel. It ages twelve months in neutral oak and six months in tank before bottling.
