Scharnhorst 9580208024035One of the powerful new Battleships produced for the German Kriegsmarine during the mid 1930s, Scharnhorst was equipped with nine 11 inch main guns which made her a capable commerce raider, but unable to compete with the many more heavily armed Battleships of the Royal Navy.
