Topaz - 54 gm - Mason County, Texas EarringsAt 54 gm this clear topaz collection piece is very typical of the topaz in the alluvial deposits in the western central portion of Mason County, Texas. The surfaces are abraded, there are internal inclusions and was deemed not suitable for gemstone faceting. This stone is NOT facet grade!

The ring is 3/8" inch wide at the top and tapers to a 3/16" shank

All three prong set gems are topaz from Mason County

The stabilized turquoise beads are not dyed

Centrally mounted is a 0

and the gem is approximately 6mm in diameter
