Spinifex 'Lola' Unit:SingleProducer Peter Schell, a trained and experienced oenologist, and Magali Gely, who grew up on a vineyard in a wine making family with their combined background, believe that the vineyard and the health of the land you farm is of the utmost importance. They have been integral players in the 'new Barossa' movement, coming to the region to establish Spinifex in 2001; they looked cooler sights and chose to pick their fruit earlier than most of the Barossa.
