a variety that also has gone in years past by the name Menu Pineau

but has a timeless feel to it

this mezcal balances warm desert rock notes with minerals and sweet herbs

with forced carbonation meaning the bubbles are quite strong—if you like your ciders like an aperitif sparkling wine

but despite the structure this wine still shows its hallmark graphite and forest berry notes

The 'Elektrisch' is made by Florian Fauth of Weingut Seehof and is mostly (about 70%) sourced from the estates’ vineyard holdings
