Sierra de Tolono Rioja Blanco 2024 (750ml) AmaroneWinemaker Notes Co planted with Tempranillo, 650 meters high in the mountains of Toloo, this Viura becomes a very energetic wine, with salty, and citrus notes. It is made in tank, with 10% going into used French wood. Bottled without going through malolactic to balance Viura's natural, more giving, texture.
The grapes are fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in barriques and 6 months in bottle
