We press the fruit and let it spontaneously ferment in lambic barrels

Blend of Woodford Resreve Double Oaked and Jack Daniels Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts with addition of cocoa nibs from Dominican Republic

The rich brown sugary pie crust malt character of the base beer sings in these barrels -- we're pulling flavors of vanilla

this Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels carries notes of baker’s chocolate
