Whilst some of the Corn is Nixtamalized

with hints of Juniper and Coriander Spice on the undertone before moving on to a Burst of Citrus on the finish

this then develops into a Long and Complex finish with undertones of Oak throughout

Produced with several different Sicilian Botanicals including Lemon

All three macerations are left to rest for a minimum of a year and then combined with the first Distillate and creates this exquisite Gin
