Union Sacré - Edelzwicker 2022 (750ml) Coteaux d'Aix-en-ProvenceThis fascinating bottling translates to noble blend and has been used in Alsace since the 1600s. It combines 40% Pinot Gris, 25% Riesling, 20% Pinot Blanc, 10% Sylvaner and 5% Gewrztraminer into a complex expression of freshness and fun. Light pink orange in the glass, it pops on the nose with melon, pluot, blood orange and wet rock aromas. Dancing across the palate with a crisp acidity and taut minerality, it offers tart red fruit and zesty citrus.
