Bolla - Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2004 (750ml) Cafayate ValleyPeppery, spicy, minty, cherry, almond, smoky, tobacco, floral nose but very warm. Warm, dense, round, somewhat tannic palate but warm with some acidity. Big meaty, smoky, cherry, plum, chocolate, leather, almond, minty flavours with a big warm, tobacco finish. Needs some hard cheeses or a venison stew to mellow out the edges.
