Stroebel - Triptyque Brut Nature Champagne Premier Cru NV (750ml) OjaleshiThis is a double trio; made up of one third each of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier and from the trio of vintages 2014, 2016, and 2017. The nose shows honeycomb, yellow plum, golden apple, and a light cedar and cider note. The palate is moderate in weight with golden apple, wood shavings and a zippy acid set that calls out for oysters through pork chops.

The sapling and full palate offers an average finish

but they spared him when he helped to heal their vines that had been affected by a disease

Best after 2024 and onward

This was particularly tempting for this 2004 Vintage which by nature has a good constitution and hence a good presence on the nose and on the palate

This is always a spot-on and refreshing white wine that speaks to the informal side of the Tuscan Coast and its abundance of truly excellent fish restaurants

WINEMAKING: The grapes are gently pressed at stations in each vineyard within one hour of being hand harvested so that the clarity of the must is not compromised

The varieties are then blended together and cold stabilized

but partners in refinement

and here it is shining again
