Colsanto Sagrantino di Montefalco 2017 (750ml) 1000mlIt is characterized by a very intense garnet red colour. The nose offers typical aromas of red fruit, tobacco and spices. In the mouth it demonstrates all the personality of the grape variety and the terroir, with a great structure and important tannins that give it a unique longevity.

and the architecture is very much more linear than circular (as it is in some vintages)

Aged in 95% used oak barrels

a cold soak for two days ensured good extraction and colour
