The piece is illustrated with a rooster and peony flowers. Ko Sometsuke (old blue) Japanese Charger Plate Measures 11 & 5 8" or 29. 5cm diameter Condition. Inspection found some age related wear. The reverse rim has a small historically repaired rim chip. There is a small foot rim chip. There are some tiny areas of glazing lost or missed at manufacture on rim. Meiji or earlier
