Palmer & Co Brut Reserve is a creamy and elegant cuve composed of 50 55% Chardonnay, 30 35% Pinot Noir, and 10 15% Pinot Meunier from some of the best Premier and Grand Cru fields in Reims. Up to 35% are reserve wines from previous vintages, which gives a nice depth and complexity. The champagne is matured "sur lie" for three to four years and has a dosage of 8 g L.
