Mosquito Mask Pugwis or MermanThis Mosquito Mask was hand carved in 1994 by Stan Greene from the Coast Salish Nation. It has been carved from red cedar, painted in red, black, and white acrylic, and features fur for the eyebrows. As a biting insect, the Mosquito is viewed by many as an enemy of humankind.
