Supernatural Wine Co. - Spook Light Pinot Gris 2020 Adelaida DistrictSoft copper colour. There is a caramelised, creamy and quite rich, buttery palate with popcorn, dried apricot and even berry flavours on this full bodied wine. Theres more than a passing resemblance to old school Chardonnay in that amalgam of flavours. At the same time, it is also quite phenolic from start to finish, drying ( just shy of astringent), and clearly oxidative.
