Matthews Winery - Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (750ml) CarignanoThe 2019 Matthews Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon comes from several small vineyard parcels exclusively within the Red Mountain AVA. Hand harvested in the fall, the fruit was hand sorted and fermented using a combination of concrete (80%) and stainless steel (20%). The free run juice was aged in French oak (90% new) for 23 months.
